His father "Elbert Christopher Woodyatt" was married
to his mother, "Eva (?) Bryson [ Woodyatt ]" who died in 1918.
His father was then remarried to "Lula Mae
Archer [ Woodyatt ]" who raised him as her own son. He was at various times nicknamed
Skinny, Skin, Whitey or Roy was born at his family home in Sterling, Illinois. He was my half-brother but was thought of as
a full brother by everyone in the family..
He was married to Loretta C. Reynolds-Woodyatt ( Born December 28,1920. Died August
15, 1984. ) who had one daughter named Shirley (?) Reynolds [Lester] who he helped raise. He also had two son's with Loretta
named Roger Lee Woodyatt and Teddy Rae Woodyatt.
